Customizing our standard collection

If you are interested in working under your brand, because either it is well known, or either because your market has some specifications that our standard does not meet, we can cooperate with you by customizing our models.

In this case, the first thing that you must know is that our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200pcs per model / size / color. Otherwise, we can’t offer you our really competitive price quality ratio. Why? This MOQ is because of the machinery adjustment times for each production step. An easy In our production, a simple strap has 56 different steps. It means that we need to adjust our machines and tools 56 times. Our production is optimized to produce quantities over 200 pieces. If the quantity is lower, our production costs increase a lot. If you agree with this premise, what is very competitive in the actual market conditions, these are the options that we can offer you:

Embossing your own logo on the lining. The mold fee to emboss your logo is 50€ per set. We refund this amount in orders over 2000€. You have to pay this fee just for the first time. We will keep the logo mold for future orders and you must not pay for it again. 

Changing the lining material. Although we guess that in our standard collection we have chosen the most suitable lining for each model, each market is a world. So you can choose a different lining among all the ones available in our collection. The difference in price will be calculated as per the original and the chosen lining.

If you need a different lining that we haven't in our standard collection, we can also get it, but we cannot consider this as a small customization, but as a new developed model. Changing the buckle. We can use a different buckle. The different price will be calculated as per the original and the chosen buckle. Of course you can also supply us the buckle that you want to use.

Changing the stitching. We can change our straps stitching to meet your needs. Some changes will not mean a cost. Others will affect the final cost.

Labeling and packing. We can customize the label and the packing. The cost will depend of your request specifications.
