The provider will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will leave to reach their final destination: the address established by the buyer. Every time that an order is dispatched, the buyer will receive an e-mail.
Transportation costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
The purchase order that corresponds with the order will be available at Diloy Online, once the payment is confirmed, and can be viewed via the link: “My Orders”, via the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.
Diloy Online will ask its customers to choose the delivery address, specifying their address, office or centre where they want the product delivered. Delivery time will take between 24 and 72 hours on working days.
Diloy Online will inform the customer via e-mail of the departure of their order from the distribution warehouse.
Every delivery is considered to be completed when the product is provided to the customer by the carrier, via the control system used by the carrier. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and make all reservations and claims that are justified, and even to reject the package, if it has been opened or if it has clear signs of damage.
