We want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to request a return.
Before returning your order
You can check the size and compatibility of the strap without needing to fit it to your watch. Simply place it against your watch to make sure it fits correctly.

If you have any questions before or after your purchase, we will be happy to help you get it right the first time.
How to request a return
To process your return, simply email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order or invoice number
- Items and quantities to return
- Reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
We will reply promptly with instructions and a return authorization code.
Product condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
- Not have been fitted to a watch
- Include the original packaging and labels
Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted unless they are defective.
Return shipping
- The return must be sent with postage paid
- The return authorization code must be clearly indicated on the package
- We recommend using a tracked service to avoid loss
Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the item:
- We will issue the corresponding refund, or
- We will process the requested exchange
If you need to change the size or model, we will send the new strap free of shipping charges.
Return costs
- If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover all costs
- In all other cases, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
