Total guarantee of returns
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not satisfied with your order or part of your order for any reason, you have 30 days to return it.
We simply ask you to follow this simple procedure:
- Make sure you only return new merchandise which has not been assembled as a watch. If you have already attached the strap to a watch, it will be evident that it is not new and we will not be able to sell it to any other customer, and as such we will not be able to accept the return unless it is a faulty product.
- Before processing a return, send us an email to email@example.com indicating the invoice number of the purchase, the item references and quantities that you wish to return, the reason for the return in order to help us improve and whether you prefer that the money is returned (in the case that the merchandise has already been paid for) or if you would rather an exchange.
- We will respond with a return authorisation code. Please indicate this code on the envelope or box you send us. Without this code our logistics centre will not accept the package and it will be returned to you. All packages should arrive with shipping fees paid. Depending on the case, our administrative team will seek the most economical and easy solution for everyone: Request a pickup via our carrier, collection in person by your local salesperson, etc.
- Once your package has been received, we will issue the corresponding payment invoice and proceed to the exchange of merchandise or to your refund as appropriate.
In the case that the return is due to a product fault, of course we will cover all sending costs. If the return is for another reason, the sending costs should always be covered.
